Donald Joseph Qualls better known as his screen DJ Qualls, better known by his stage DJ Qualls was born in the USA. He is a producer, actor and model. In addition to the Road Trip role, he has also been seen in The New Guy Hustle & Flow in addition to The Core. In addition, he's appeared in over 22 television shows including Breaking Bad Supernatural and Scrubs. Qualls has survived Hodgkin's lymphoma. He was first diagnosed when he turned 14 years old. In two years the cancer went into the stage of remission. The treatment was so early that it caused a serious effect on the body, which slowed the growth of his body. As he was raised in poverty, he wanted to achieve financial stability. When I've lived in such a shabby way for so long I need this level of financial safety. Otherwise the world seems beyond my reach. He reflects on his youth and feels an urge to do something against the bullying. The cruelty of bullying breaks my heart, DJ says. On and off the screen, DJ could like to play the role of a father. He admits that Directors don't want to cast him in these characters. One day he'd like to become a father and be able to spend more time to his work and more time with his children.
